I enjoyed this- wonder about the actual number of incidents the issues were discussed throughout the week, especially in comparison to the democratic convention. I don't think I watched enough of the convention to be able to compare myself, but the NYTimes had a few headlines to back him up:

Well, and while the lack of discussion on actual issues is killing me, it pails in comparison to the lack of polling data this week (will the next week "Palin comparison" as well? So sorry. Couldn't resist). There have been almost no polls, and of those that have come out, all of them have been national trackers. Finally, though, we're just about at the point where all the polls will reflect both convention, so the bounces will be accounted for. It looks like the two bounces may be canceling each other out, with Obama emerging from the conventions with a 1-2 point lead in national polls.
